Error four (4) indicates your robot's left wheel cannot turn. Check the left wheel for obstructions.
- Push the wheels up and down several times and shake out any loose debris that may be trapped in the wheel.
- Briskly turn both wheels by hand, ensuring they turn freely and that each wheel exhibits the same amount of resistance.
If the wheels cannot be turned by hand or if the error persists on flat surfaces when there is no obstacle present, you may need a replacement robot.
