Where Do I Find the Serial Number?

To find the serial number of your robot on the iRobot® HOME App, open the main page of the app, scroll down to Product Settings, and click on about “your robots name”. Here you will see the serial number.

 

 

     

    Click the drop-down (➧) menu to display "How to find the serial number" from the robots below:

     

    Roomba®

    Your Roomba® serial number can be located easily, simply by removing the bin. With the bin removed, just turn Roomba® over and look at where the bin was located.

    Your serial number can be located by removing the battery.

     

    Braava®

    Braava jet® m Series

    Conveniently located under the tank.

    Braava jet®

    Conveniently located under the robot, between the wheels.

    Braava® 300 Series and Mint

    Conveniently located underneath the handle.

    Note: Mint will only have a series of numbers.

     

    Handheld Vacuum

    The serial number is located on a sticker on the main body of the vacuum, behind the bin.

    Scooba®

    Scooba® 400 Series

    The Serial number can be located by removing the tank and looking at the newly exposed side of the robot.

    Scooba® 300 Series

    The serial number can be located by removing the tank. The barcode sticker will be on the body of the robot.

    Scooba® 200 Series

    The serial number can be located by flipping the robot upside down and removing the bottom plate/pad. The sticker will be on the body of the robot.
