What is Proof of Purchase (POP) and why is it needed?

A POP is an official commercial document "invoice" that records the product acquired by the customer and the total amount paid, including shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges.

What do we accept as Proof of Purchase?

  • Seller company name and address. The seller must be an authorized retailer.
  • Customer’s name (shipping and billing are usually there).
  • Product name and model.
  • Purchase date.
  • If the robot is a gift from a company, please make sure you have the confirmation email as a proof.

The following items do not qualify as proof of purchase:

  • Purchase orders numbers (except if the order is from our official web store), quotes, or delivery notes.
  • Handwritten, typed, or word-processed receipts.
  • Receipts from purchases made on Internet auction sites.
  • Receipts showing a purchase price discounted more than 25% off for full retail or more than 30% off for upgrade products (unless a clear big discount appears on invoice related to known promos: Easter, Prime Day, Black Friday, etc).
  • Online receipts from retailers that are NOT an authorized retailer.
