Error 1025 means LiDAR is not working and your robot failed to navigate properly. Please see if Roomba® might be stuck on something. Move the robot to a new location and try running it again.

If you have relocated the robot to a clear area, but you are still seeing error 1025, please try rebooting the robot by holding down the power button on the robot for 10 seconds while the robot is off the dock. Hold the button again for 3 seconds to turn it back on. Doing so should clear the error from the robot's memory. Try running Roomba® again.

If the issue persists after rebooting, the LiDAR may be physically stuck and not able to rotate. Please use your finger or the cleaning tool to manually spin the inner part of the LiDAR cylinder on top of the robot. If the inner part can rotate, please try running the robot once more to see if the error has cleared.

If the error still persists, please contact iRobot® Customer Care.
