If you are using a model with LiDAR mapping, such as the Roomba® 105, 205, 405, 505 or 705, please click here.

Clean Map™ Reports are available on the Roomba Essentials, Roomba® 900, i, s and j Series Robot Vacuums and Braava jet® m Series Robot Mops.

Clean Map™ Reports are visual representations of areas that your Roomba® cleaned, which are accessible through the iRobot® HOME App. You can zoom and pan these reports in the History screen to view cleaning coverage, as well as any areas of concentrated dirt on which the robot focused.

You also have access to statistics such as area cleaned, job duration, and charging time for completed jobs.

Understanding a Clean Map™ Report:

dirt mapExample of a Clean Map™ Report

  • Light green indicates where the Roomba® cleaned, while white denotes areas where Roomba® did not clean, such as appliances and other obstacles
  • The report also tracks areas where Dirt Detect™ was activated, i.e. where the robot found concentrated areas of dirt. These are designated by dark green dots on the report.
  • The location of the Home Base® is noted by a Home icon in the map

If your robot experiences an error during a cleaning mission, the report will include a partial map showing the area cleaned before encountering the error. The error location will also be marked with a red error icon on the map. You can click the icon for information on how to resolve the error.

Clean Map™ Reports require that your robot and iRobot® HOME App software versions are up-to-date. Please visit Features of Wi-Fi Connected Roomba in the iRobot HOME App for additional information.
