Your robot is having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi or the cloud. This can happen for a variety of reasons.
Note: Before going through the troubleshooting steps, check and make sure that your robot is operational.
To check this, make sure your robot is on its charging station and has some charge. Then, start a cleaning job by pressing the Clean button on the robot. If your robot can start cleaning, it means it is operational.
How to use this chart:
Check the error number displayed on the app. This will be right below the image of the robot on the home screen. Scan down the list, locate your error number, and follow the troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, you may only need to follow the first step to resolve the issue.
Reboot your robot, then wait for about 5 minutes for your robot to connect.
If the issue persists, try reconnecting your robot to your Wi-Fi network.
Go to: Product Settings > Reconnect or Change Wi-Fi
If the issue still persists, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
