Error twenty-seven (27) means the vacuum is not functioning. Not enough airflow is passing through to the bin. The vacuum motor or filter could be blocked by some type of debris. If the error is occurring:
- Check the filter in the bin and ensure it is properly cleaned.
- While the bin is out of the robot, please confirm there isn't any debris blocking the vacuum motor. If none found and the filter is properly cleaned and installed, place the bin back into the robot and press the button.
- If the error persists, you may need a replacement Cleaning Head Module.
