Error 350 means your robot was unable to evacuate debris into the dock because the evac bag is full or missing. Please take the evac bag out of the dock. If it is full, please replace the bag. If it is not full, please gently shake the bag and put it back in.
- Please make sure you are using iRobot® authentic bags. Bags should NOT be reused. You can purchase replacement bags here.

Roomba® Plus 400 series
- Pull the cubby door towards you and down to open.
- Slide the card out. When pulled, the bag will self-seal so dust and debris cannot escape.
- Install a new bag by sliding the card into the guide rails.
- Replace the cubby door. Make sure that it's correctly aligned.
Roomba® Plus 500 series
1. Pull the cubby door towards you and up to remove.
2. Slide the card out. When pulled, the bag will self-seal so dust and debris cannot escape.
3. Install a new bag by sliding the card into the guide rails.
4. Replace the cubby door. Make sure that it's a correctly aligned.
Roomba® Max 700 Vac series

Lift up on the canister lid to open.

Pull up on the card to remove the bag from the canister.

Install a new bag by sliding the card into the guide rails. This will seal the bag so dust and debris cannot escape.

Press down on the lid, making sure that it is completely closed.
Roomba® Max 700 Combo series
- Lift up on the canister lid to open.
- Pull up on the card to remove the bag from the canister.
- Install a new bag by sliding the card into the guide rails.
- Press down on the lid making sure that it is completely closed.
Roomba® Plus 415, 515, 575 Combo series

Remove the cubby door.

Remove the dirt disposal bag by pulling the card from the dock. This will seal the bag so that dust and debris cannot escape.

Install a new dirt disposal bag by sliding the card into the guide rails.

Return the cubby door.
Roomba® Plus 675 series

When the dirt disposal bag needs to be replaced, open the dock panel.

Pull the dirt disposal bag handle to remove the bag, and discard it.

Insert a new dirt disposal bag and push the handle into the slot, ensuring it is properly installed.

Align the latches and reattach the dock panel. You will hear a click when it is securely in place.
Roomba® Max 875 series
When the dirt disposal bag needs to be replaced, follow these steps:

Open the dock panel.

Pull the dirt disposal bag handle to remove the bag, and discard it.

Insert a new dirt disposal bag and push the handle into the slot, ensuring it is properly installed.

Align the latches and reattach the Dock Panel. You will hear a click when it is securely in place.
Note: The newer models use a cardboard evac bag that is a bit larger and holds more debris. The original plastic bag is intended only for use with classic models. Please be sure you are using the correct bag for your model.
