Error 1011, Roomba Combo® j7+/ j9+ /10 Max

Error 1011 indicates that your robot has detected an error with its Floor Type Sensor. Use the simple steps below to resolve this error.

Reboot your robot by holding the Clean button for about ten (10) seconds. Doing so should clear the error from your robot's memory.

If the error persists, please contact iRobot Customer Care. For expedited service, please have the following ready:

• Your robot charged and with you
• Your robot's serial number
• For warranty claims: Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice for purchase from an authorized retailer)
