Error 1013 indicates that the tank is leaking. If the robot recognizes that the tank is leaking during a mission, it will stop immediately, end the mission, and report an error. If the robot recognizes the issue while it is on the dock, it will report that it is not ready to clean. Follow the simple steps below to resolve this error message:
- Look under the robot and see if there is fluid under the robot.
- Remove the tank and inspect the tank for defects. (If defects are found, your tank will need to be replaced.)
- If no defects are found, completely fill the tank with water and re-insert the tank into the robot, ensuring there is a good seal between the tank and robot.
- Wait up to 30 minutes to see if the issue occurs again before running the robot.
