If your Braava jet® m Series Robot Mop is leaving marks on the floor, there are a number of factors that could be contributing to this.
First, residual marks are typically visible while the floor is still wet. If the marks disappear when the floor dries, there is no need to be concerned. If the marks are still visible after the floor has dried, it's likely that there is too much cleaning solution being used. Attempt another cleaning mission with water only. An abundance of debris on the floor prior to a cleaning job could also result in marks being left on the floor. Be sure to remove any large debris and check the robot's wheels to make sure they are clean and free from debris build up as well.
NOTE: The only cleaning solutions that can be safely used with your robot mop are the Braava jet® Hard Floor Cleaning Solution and the Bona Hardwood/Hard Surface Cleaner.
