Error nineteen (19) means your s Series Roomba is experiencing an issue undocking from the Home/Clean Base. Clear any obstacles that may be in front or around the Home/Clean Base, then press CLEAN.
If the message persists, try moving your Home Base/Clean Base to a different location, perform a robot reboot and start your Robot Vacuum from the Base. Environmental interference may prevent your Robot Vacuum from navigating as expected. If navigation does not improve, please contact iRobot Customer Care.
