Error 513, Roomba® Plus 400, Plus 500, Plus 600, Max 700, and Max 800 Series

Error 513 means the pump that sucks the dirty water from the overflow basin into the dirty water tank has had a failure, and so pad washing cannot continue.

Please reboot the dock by unplugging it and plugging it back in again. If this doesn’t help, please contact iRobot Customer Care for support.

For expedited service, please have the following ready: 

• Your robot charged and with you 
• Your robot's Serial number
• For warranty claims: Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice for purchase from an authorized retailer)
