Error nineteen (19) means your Roomba® is experiencing an issue leaving the dock. Clear any obstacles that may be in front or around the dock. Make sure the dock is on a flat surface. Then try again.

If the message persists, please perform a robot reboot from the robot and start your Roomba® from the dock.

If the issue persists, try to start Roomba® off the dock. Doing so may cause Roomba® to provide a different Error Message. Use the given error message to troubleshoot the Error Roomba® presents.

If the issue persists, clean the wheels. Lack of maintenance can lead to a multitude of symptoms and error codes, including error 19. Perhaps something is stuck in the wheel, or the sensors are dirty. Turn the robot over and rotate the wheels fully. If one wheel is more difficult to rotate than the other, there could be a wheel module failure.

Please clean your robot’s brushes, wheels, and sensors. Then try running Roomba® again. Be sure to wipe both the robot and dock sensors. Here are links for step-by-step care instructions.

If error 1010 persists after cleaning and rebooting the robot, there may be something wrong with the robot's map. Please delete your existing map and send Roomba® out to remap the space. This should only take a few minutes to create a new map. Try running Roomba® once more.
